Welcome to Diaries of the Chronically Confused 📝
Whether you’re someone who is endlessly curious, constantly contemplative, or chronically ill—you’re probably also chronically confused.
Just like me.
My first response to most things in life is to ask, “why?” I have a hard time accepting things at face value, and it’s mostly because I’m simply curious about everything. I want to know not only that something happened, but why?, how?
Is there a deeper meaning? A greater purpose?
For most things, I think… probably, yes.
So, if you’re someone who appreciates a deep-dive into the “why”—into personal reflections, lessons, and stories—I’ll think you’ll fit in well here!

My inbox is open to any questions and/or feedback. Writing for me is personal, but it also helps me feel less alone knowing others resonate with my words, experiences, and expressions.
Whether you, like me, are battling Chronic Illness, or not, I hope that somewhere along my writing journey, you maybe feel a little more seen. A little more understood, and a little more welcome to be exactly who you are. No filters. No facades.
Just, you.
